At the beginning of September our ILR Support Team entered the implementation phase of our new product, ILROnline.
For the past month, our team has worked hard to begin the process of configuring systems and ensuring client data is consistent across databases to allow the standardised software to function effectively.
ILROnline is an evolving product and new features are continually being developed to enhance and increase its functionality. Examples of three exciting new features coming soon to ILROnline are:
DNA Test Requesting
A new standard DNA Request facility for ILROnline is in the ‘beta’ testing phase (i.e., the final stages of testing by real users – our clients). This will mean that members using ILROnline will be able to raise their own DNA test requests, pay upfront for them, receive their acknowledgement letters, and easily view outstanding DNA test requests and results.
Members will be able to update and manage their own images and videos directly through ILROnline.
In addition to the member services features of ILROnline, a new public services enquiry facility is also in the ‘beta’ testing phase. This will provide powerful new selection tools and options around public enquiry access to the breed association’s member, animal, mating predictor, and sales information.
As we move through the implementation phase, we will continue to provide regular updates.
